No refunds on digital items. All sales are final. As a customer, you accept these terms on all digital purchases once purchased a digital item(s) after checkout.
If you're looking to return or exchange a physical item that you've purchased and placed an order from our store, for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
(Please note, returns and refunds are only exceptional with purchasing a physical item, please review the exceptional conditions)
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us via email email@example.com mentioning your email address and order ID
- Name the product(s) you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Print a prepaid shipping label
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- Refunds will be sent through the customers original payment method provided upon retrieving the item
